Glad to join the Minister of Defense and the Minister of the Presidency in awarding the 2026 Taiwan Security Scholarship.

My sincere congratulations to this year’s recipients to join the growing Taiwan-Somaliland Team.

Taiwan-Somaliland cooperation has become a TEMPLATE in the Horn of Africa. As the diplomatic leverage, catalyzed, facilitator, synergizer and leading indicator, Taiwan welcomes more and more democratic like-minded partners to come onboard and looks forward to working with them on trilateral, quadrilateral and even multilateral cooperation.
