A presidential candidate in this year’s presidential elections in Somaliland has termed Somalia a “failed state.”
Faysal Ali Warabe, the leader of the Justice and Development Party (UCID), said that Somalia is a “failed state” replete with corrupt and incompetent leadership.
Faysal continued by terming President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud an “incompetent and corrupt” leader.
He hit out at President Mohamud for attempting to forcefully amend the Provisional Constitution of Somalia.
