Dahabo Mohamed Ali starts building a temporary shelter at the Guryo-Samo IDP camp Somaliland. Dahabo and her cousin Safia travelled with their families for over a month to reach Guryo-Samo IDP camp. They started making the journey when all of their livestock became weak and died, and they could no longer make money from it. They travelled for a month to reach the camo and had a difficult and strenuous journey. When we met them, they had only been at the camp for three days and were in the process of building their shelter. They had not received any aid at all, but other members of the community welcomed them and shared their food and water with them.
